It is the home of more than 10.5M square feet of data centers, directing more than 70% of the nation’s internet traffic through Loudoun County. From a recreational standpoint, it is the home of One Loudoun, and urban community in the heart of Loudoun County featuring stores, activities, restaurants and residences. 

Ashburn has over 23,000 homes, one-quarter of which are rental properties. Summerfield at Brambleton is a highly sought after condo and townhouse community. Other communities include some mid-sized such as Brambleton and Westmoore (500 and 600 residences respectively). Some of the larger communities are Loudoun Valley Estates with an impressive 2800+ residences, and Ashburn Farm and Ashburn Village with 3000+ to 4000+ residential units respectively.
